Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 8 years post related experience ;
  • A recognised project management qualification, such as Prince2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Project Management techniques based upon PMI Knowledge area or Agile. The lack of formal project qualification may be compensated by the demonstration of expertise in the domain ;
  • Experience in applying multi-discipline engineering and management techniques in the acquisition of complex communication and information systems.

Desirable:

  • Recent experience of Project Management with major communication and/or command and control/management information system at the NCIA or NATO entity ;
  • Extensive experience with project planning toolsets, preferably Service Now ;
  • A recognised Service Management qualification (such as ITIL Foundation, ITIL specialist courses).

Duties/role:

  • M anag ing time, cost and quality of all facets of the assigned project(s) ;
  • Providing application of standard project management techniques in accordance with the Prince2 methodology (e.g. change control, risk/issue management) ;
  • D evelop ing and maint aining of project plans in ServiceNow and in compliance with NCIA Directives and project management best practices.
