In the context of our continued growth, our Biologics team is looking for a:

(SENIOR) SCIENTIST PROTEINSLARGE MOLECULE EXPERIENCE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You develop and applyinnovative chromatographic methodologies for the in-depth analysis, identification, characterization and quantification of large molecules (active pharmaceutical ingredients, metabolites, …) in various matrices (buffers, biological fluids, tissue, cells, …).
You handle complex and scientifically challenging projects for our industrial (e.g. biotech and pharma) and academic partners.
You design and plan your experiments, process your experimental data and capture your findings in reports.
You coach team members and help them with experimental setups and ensure proper reporting (lab notebooks and official reports).
You interact with other project managers to ensure proper project planning and execution.
You align with our scientific management and our commercial team on strategic choices.
You provide regular updates to clients on project process and way forward.
You report to the Teamlead Biologics.

In-depth scientific understanding of the analytical aspects of large molecules
Hands-on experience with …
Critical mindset and good sense for initiative and attention to quality and detail
Team player, customer-minded, problem-solving mentality and flexible attitude
Great communicator with excellent writing/reporting skills
Able to multitask and tacklecomplex scientific questionsin a largely independent manner
Comfortable interacting with clients (discussing requests, negotiating scope, presenting results)
PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, biomedicine, pharmacy or equivalent qualification due to experience
For Scientist, a minimum of +3 years expertise in the field
For Senior Scientist, a minimum of +8 years expertise in the field
