We’re looking for a talented Senior Solvency II & Regulations Consultant to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance department as part of our team.

What you’ll learn and do

As Regulatory & Risk Consultant for the Insurance Sector, you will provide our insurance clients with advisory services regarding regulations.

You will be part of PwC’s Risk Assurance practice and will assist our Financial Services Governance, Risk & Compliance team in providing advice to the largest Insurance leader companies in Belgium.

Solvency 2

• You will give support on different aspects of insurance sector regulation and provide internal support to our financial audit teams on reviewing the calculation and suggest methodological improvements

• You will advise clients on the Solvency II program in order to help them implement related processes

Team Members

• Impacting junior members in their career by giving training, ad hoc coaching and support

• Acting as referent, you’ll deep dive into Solvency 2 regular update and will share your relevant expertise within the firm
  

Who you are

• Fluent in English and in Dutch and/or French

• Master degree in economical, financial, mathematics, engineering or a related field

• 2 to 5 years in a similar position

• Global knowledge on the latest Solvency 2 regulations is a must-have

• Experience in the Insurance sector or in a consulting firm is a strong asset

• Experience in supervising team is a plus

• Serving clients is a mindset: you would go for the extra-miles to reach a deadline and you are able to detect your client’s needs in collaboration with other departments within PwC.

• Caring about others is second nature and you want to evolve within a team of dedicated and passionate people

• Communication is key : internally and with your clients. You adapt accordingly.
