Based in Brussels, Belgium, and staffed by 2.700 people and more than 60 nationalities, Toyota Motor Europe (TME) handles the wholesale marketing of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, parts & accessories, and manages Toyota’s European R&D, manufacturing and engineering operations.

Essential:
- Belgian payroll, working time and absence, hiring, termination (liaison role with

- Strong written and verbal communicator in English (TME business language)

- the management of full process of international assignments to and from TME (remuneration & relocation)
- immigration, tax, data protection and other compliance requirements for international assignments and permanent employees
- an outsourced payroll service is in place at all TME sites, in compliance with labour laws, accounting & audit regulations and Company policies
- appropriate systems, processes, communication tools, customer support services are in place for the accurate recording and administration of working time and absences in TME Belgium
- appropriate systems and processes are in place for the affiliation and maintenance of data, payments and customer support services relating to insured benefits in TME Belgium
Your responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform activities across some or all the above domains
- Ensure delivery of TME policies and processes, legal compliance and effective
o Suppliers
o Internal stakeholders (P&I (=HR), other TME functions and Toyota entities)
o External authorities (social security, tax, auditors, state health authorities)
o Employees from different Toyota entities of varying nationalities
- Lead or contribute to projects relating to
o Supplier selection and development
o Compliance
o Cross - HR development
