To reinforce our Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics team we are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager.

As a Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager you will drive continuous improvement and to optimize Ontex’ global supply chain for maximum efficiency and competitiveness. This is accomplished through leading projects that deliver cost savings and process optimizations, implementing new technologies, and sharing knowledge to adopt best practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive global supply chain improvement projects to achieve cost savings and optimize efficiency across all supply chain functions.
  • Lead a central project team to execute improvement projects and changes.
  • Ensure successful roll-outs of new SAP processes to streamline operations.
  • Analyze existing processes and challenge status quo to drive innovation, define priorities and facilitate global improvements.
  • Define and maintain SAP parameters to ensure accurate inventory management and distribution flows.
  • Support local supply chain teams in order to share best practices and improve performance.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics in order to identify improvement areas and track the impact of delivered projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning roles within a multinational FMCG company.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project and people management.
  • Strong proficiency in the relevant SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, LE, WM).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI or similar database tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.
  • Process Optimization: Understanding of process flows, the ability to streamline and seek out efficiencies in complex supply chains.
