Description of the task:
Looking to reinforce the Data & Knowledge Policy Support domain in the Horizon Data Intelligence team with a motivated Service Desk Agent with knowledge and basic experience of SAP Business Object.
  • User guidance and support regarding the use of Horizon Data Intelligence information systems / ICT tools
  • Follow-up of incidents related to Horizon Data Intelligence Information Systems, access to data, data quality, development of ad hoc reports and organization of the reporting.
  • Follow-up of user requests.
  • Follow-up of bug reports.
  • Document knowledge, known issues and transfer this knowledge to colleagues.
  • Categorize and prioritize incoming tickets correctly and escalate where needed.
Specific Expertise: MUST HAVE:

At least 4 months of experience with SAP Business Objects

Skills:

  • Good IT skills
  • Knowledge ofSAP BusinessObjects
  • Knowledge of Qliksense is a plus
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus
  • Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent capacity to communicate technical concepts with a non-technical audience
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to apply high quality standards
  • Knowledge of EU policies and EU institutions is a plus.
