One of our clients has reached out with a requirement for a Service Desk Specialist to come and join their team on a full time permanent basis. They are an IT managed services and you’ll be supporting one of their top clients.

Please note - it is essential you are fluent in Dutch to apply for this position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Following operating ticket management to update and resolve IT software issues for their clients
  • Maintaining equipment inventory and documentarian
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Keep to assigned service level agreements
  • Monitoring, updating and maintaining tickets
  • Escalating tickets when necessary

What skills they are looking for:

  • Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently in a high pressure ticket environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Dutch speaking
  • Understanding of applications - use, maintenance and installation
