One of our clients has reached out with a requirement for a Service Desk Specialist to come and join their team on a full time permanent basis. They are an IT managed services and you’ll be supporting one of their top clients.
Please note - it is essential you are fluent in Dutch to apply for this position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Following operating ticket management to update and resolve IT software issues for their clients
- Maintaining equipment inventory and documentarian
- Software and hardware troubleshooting
- Keep to assigned service level agreements
- Monitoring, updating and maintaining tickets
- Escalating tickets when necessary
What skills they are looking for:
- Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in a high pressure ticket environment
- Good communication skills
- Dutch speaking
- Understanding of applications - use, maintenance and installation
