Service Manager

Our Belgium based clients are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join their successful team.

The Role

Overseeing the implementation and operation of the Service Desk
Service Requests, Information Requests, and Incidents
Change Management/ Implementation, and maintenance of Service Level Management
Software/system upgrades, installation of hotfixes,
Monitoring service delivery, and supporting user trainings
Organizing troubleshooting meetings, participating in IT crisis management meetings, and producing Post-Incident Reports.
Coordinating with stakeholders and users.
Monitoring, and compliance.

Key Skills Required

Confident in handling Service Requests, Information Requests, and Incidents.
Ability to report on SMT Tickets handling/resolution by contractors
Expertise in Business Continuity and Incident Management
Experience in Specialized experience in functional and Conformance Testing, SLA
Proficiency in, overseeing the implementation and operations and Service Desk, monitoring service delivery, and supporting user trainings
Expertise level knowledge in Business Continuity and Incident Management
Experience in Change Management
Extensive experience in functional and Conformance Testing, SLA monitoring, and compliance
