As a Shipping Assistant, you will ensure timely preparation and shipment of packages to customers and business contacts.

You will be part of the Logistics team.

  • You pick and pack the orders and make them ready for shipment.
  • Troubleshoot shipping issues, resolving independently or escalating to management.
  • Operate office equipment and process paperwork for deliveries to other sites.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stay updated on company communications.
  • Be flexible to perform various duties assigned by management

Furthermore, you demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions and work independently.

  • You can speak and understand English fluently
  • You are able to lift 20 kg
  • You want to work between 1.30 pm until 10 pm (13:30 - 22:00)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You are able to respect deadlines
  • You will receive a salary, supplemented with benefits including a transportation allowance and meal vouchers of 8 euros per day.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team.
