Re-uz is a family-owned international company that produces, rents, and/or sells reusable cups and food containers. Our activities also include the collection, sorting, and washing of Ecocup® reusable containers in the European countries where Re-uz is established, as well as in Canada (Montreal).

Ecocup® by Re-uz has historically been dedicated to musical, cultural, and sporting events (including the Rugby World Cup, the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Stade de France, and international tours). Our activities are diversifying into other segments, including commercial and collective catering, where reusable solutions and associated services (collection, sorting, and washing) are also offered.

As part of our development, Re-Uz Benelux is looking for a new Site Logistics Coordinator.

This position is based in St Niklas (the HQ is in Grace Hologne)

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Ensure the preparation of orders, storage, and loading and unloading of goods. Check the conformity of deliveries, resolve disputes, and organize warehouses to avoid shortages or excess stock of cups.
  • Planning and Coordination: Plan order preparation operations and coordinate the activities of logistics operators. Ensure that finished products are correctly packaged and shipped on time. Oversee all logistical aspects of the warehouse and washing center, and manage the general maintenance of the site.
  • Shipment Tracking: Prepare delivery notes and necessary customs documents, and monitor the smooth progress of shipments in collaboration with carriers.
  • Cost and Lead Time Optimization: Continuously work on reducing operational costs and delivery times while maintaining service quality. Provide the necessary temporary staff for the smooth operation of the center.
  • QHSE Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards in all logistics operations. Maintain and clean machines to ensure hygiene, safety, and efficiency.
  • Strategic Advice and Support: Advise the various departments of the company on best practices in logistics and transport thanks to your expertise.

Desired Profile

  • Education: Higher education in Logistics with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Responsiveness, organization, responsibility, curiosity, service and result orientation, adaptability, and analytical skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in IT tools (notably Odoo) and a WMS.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English required, Dutch is the primary language. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • RSE Sensitivity: Interest in social responsibility and environmental issues.

Additional Information

  • Availability: Position available immediately.
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time.
  • Travel: Expected in Belgium, depending on activity needs (notably at our site in Grace-Hollogne close to Liège) and occasional travel in Europe possible.
