This leading developer of climate control systems is seeking to strengthen their software product development team based in the Leuven region in Belgium. They now seek a Software Product Engineering Manager who will be responsible for the complete software development team. The Software Product Engineering Manager will be responsible for planning, prioritising, and delivering low level software products both internally and externally. The Software Product Engineering Manager will also be involved in release strategies and product QA strategy for all of the embedded software and firmware products.

You will be a practical problem solver with a real hands-on development mentality. You will have a successful track record of setting up and managing embedded software and firmware teams. Your technical background will include developing embedded software systems architecture design, embedded software development, a knowledge of both wired and wireless communications, embedded software team management and, preferably, some knowledge of climate control, or similar, systems. Candidates need to be based in the EU and also be fully authorised to work in the EU.
