Key Responsibilities:

The stability team is part of the Quality Systems teams en takes care of all required studies to support the shelf life of our products in all export markets.

Stability studies can be started for various reasons: Organon requirements, regulatory requirements, changes in formulation, manufacturing process or packaging components,...

  • Coordinate and plan new and ongoing stability studies with all relevant parties, participate in project meetings.

  • Prepare stability protocols that include all the requirements on product(s), formula, sampling, test criteria,…

  • Support a new project on nitrosamine-related testing and sampling of several products

  • Evaluate results, escalate where needed

  • Manage deviation investigations in case of failing stability results or out-of-trend results

  • Write statistical product evaluations to support Product Reviews

  • Assess potential change impact on stability

  • Handle data request of regulatory teams and other clients

  • Question existing concepts and ways of working; make optimization suggestions

  • Monitor climatic chambers for sample storage

Education & Skills:

  • Studying a degree in a related discipline (e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry, or anything similar)

  • Ideally previous experience in a pharmacy (e.g. in internship)

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to build relationships and trust at all levels and with diverse stakeholders

  • Excellent problem solving and innovating skills

  • Team player, learning from and helping others overcome obstacles

  • Display excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver to deadlines
