???? Your Mission

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of your store. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching your team daily to reach their full potential ????
  • Managing key performance indicators (KPIs): sales, average basket, conversion rate, productivity ????
  • Overseeing all operational aspects: inventory, planning, merchandising, store visuals, and compliance ????️
  • Ensuring a premium customer experience at every touchpoint ????
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and main link between the store and HQ
  • Being hands-on on the floor – leading by example and creating a motivating work atmosphere

???? What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team in the retail sector
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and goal-oriented mindset
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics, or fashion
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Customer-centric with a proactive attitude and contagious energy
  • Experience managing store operations (stock, planning, HR procedures, etc.)
  • A desire to grow in an ambitious, inclusive, and fast-paced company ????
