ABOUT THE ROLE

Be responsible for the full talent acquisition process: from attraction, to engagement to hiring: job intake with internal stakeholders, creating job ads, active sourcing, coordinating & conducting interviews to making the job offer – you own the whole process;
Design and conduct creative search strategies to attract highly skilled candidates in a niche market;
Campus recruitment initiatives;
Collaborate in employer branding projects;
Actively look for new talent acquisition trends and improvements to ensure the best possible talent acquisition life cycle;
Work closely with the internal stakeholders to understand the recruiting needs and advise & train them through the talent acquisition process;
Assistance with human capital projects (in line with own interest).

WHO YOU ARE

Passion for talent acquisition with a clear understanding of today’s talent market and the right way to attract candidates;
Experience in software recruitment would be a big plus;
There is no challenge you can’t handle. You are resilient, have a can-do attitude and are a go-getter;
Great communication skills in Dutch and English.
