Roles & Responsibilities
- As your core focus you handle the recruitment process from A to Z of our young potentials.
- Your tasks include, but are not limited to: attending on-campus events, interacting with and developing relationships with candidates, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, managing the offers, liaison to respective hiring managers in setting hiring strategy and executing strategy in their respective area utilizing a diverse candidate pool and communicating directly with stake holders;
- You collaborate with employer branding and other HR colleagues to manage priorities from a recruitment perspective.
We continuously challenge ourselves to upgrade our hiring process and recruit only the best talent for our business. Therefore, you engage in process redesign initiatives to future-proof our talent strategy acquisition
Skills & Qualifications
- A first experience in recruitment is expected.
- To match our existing team, we are looking for someone who communicates well, likes to work as a group, has an analytical mindset and knows how to enthuse potential candidates.
- Working in a dynamic, fast changing environment corresponds well with your flexible and action-oriented personality.
- Your work is organized, and you can maintain a clear overview of all tasks.
- Dutch and English are required within this role, French is a plus.
