Job Description

The Talent Sourcing Intern will be part of Eurofins’ Global Talent Acquisition team

And Will Be Responsible For
  • Delivering searches by creating sourcing strategy using databases, online tools and Eurofins ATS
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify key companies and build accurate pipelines
  • Identification of candidates across sectors, qualifications, and based on position descriptions
  • Sourcing and screening active and passive candidates
  • Publishing advertisements and screening ad responses
  • Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time
  • Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database with regular updates
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or any other related field
  • Passionate about recruitment
  • Accurate, analytical and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Duration: 6 months

Internship agreement with university is mandatory

Starting dates: June/July/September 2022
