Ordina is currently looking for a technical customer care consultant who likes to be part of the supply chain team.

Ordina’s Supply Chain Optimization team optimizes and simplifies customer’s planning processes and increases the efficiency and quality of the overall planning using industry leading software solutions. These are applications that many of the world’s leading organizations rely on to run their operations and maximize their productivity.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Consultant, you are in close contact with our customers and you’re responsible that operational incidents are resolved as quickly, efficiently and durably as possible and within service level agreements.

In this role, you are the liaison between the customer’s IT organization and Ordina’s Supply Chain Optimization project teams. You will act in3rd line support as a specialized individual with in-depth knowledge of our customers’ planning solutions.

Who we are looking for

  • Within the team of Customer Care Consultants you are responsible for the daily handling of technical questions and issues regarding our supply chain solutions.
  • You act in an advisory role and manage to reach a solution for the customer from your technical expertise. You ensure that incidents are resolved in the most efficient way and take ownership of this.
  • You demonstrate a highly developed analytical and systematic approach to solve problems.
  • Experience with Windows operating system (and virtual server technologies) and with databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch or French and English.
