Our Technical Lead will be the driving force behind our innovative R&D projects and play a critical role in shaping the future of our Clinical Nutrition product innovation pipeline. We are looking for a versatile and visionary leader like you to join our team and help us push the boundaries of what is possible. What you’ll be doing
  • Act as Technical Lead on NPD (New Product Development) projects.
  • As a technical expert, apply an in-depth understanding of multiple fields and businesses to find innovative solutions to solve technical challenges or move projects forward.
  • Create and implement complex design and technical tasks, and lead successful completion of projects/tasks/studies within boundaries of quality, time and budget, integrating information from a variety of subject areas.
  • Based on significant technical expertise, review and approve complex design concepts and provide general direction to technical team by defining strategies for the programs, developing goals.
  • Design and supervise appropriate experiments in the frame of the product development key areas for the NPD projects.
  • Develop capacity and strategy to ensure project technical achievements are met within allocated budget and timing.
  • Provide clear direction on product development requirements to meet user needs and expectations from the commercial partners.
  • Accountable for overall project performance related to the technical project activities.
  • Organize and provide technical leadership in the areas of CMC development (formulation development, analytical method development and validation, manufacturing process…)
  • Interact through program updates and reviews with all levels of management and influence internal and external collaborators. Present progress to senior management.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners to assure that program needs are understood and that adequate support is provided by the functions.

You possess strong knowledge of scientific disciplines and solid knowledge of related subject areas, plusknowledge of quality and general business systems. You already have 3-4 years of relevant experience in driving cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholder management ​
