You support our team as

Technical Procurement and Warehouse Officer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchasing of equipment and parts related to the department’s activities
  • Ensure order follow-up and provide support for detailed and costed quotation requests
  • Issue and track purchase orders via SAP
  • Manage and verify order confirmations, delivery receipts, and invoices
  • Contribute to the preparation of statistics for analysis
  • Be responsible for the stock status of spare parts and the physical management of the warehouse
  • Participate in the creation and selection of spare parts
  • Be responsible for the process of creating new equipment and decommissioning in the CMMS tool
  • Create new suppliers
  • Create and manage maintenance contracts
  • Verify invoicing

Qualifications

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Management, Logistics, Maintenance, or Executive Assistance, or you have at least 5 years of significant professional experience in a similar role
  • Proficient with IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Familiar with SAP (Purchasing / MIGO)
  • Proactive and recognized for your organizational, negotiation, priority management, accuracy, and responsiveness skills
  • Possess an analytical and synthetic mindset, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in English
