We are hiring a Technology Expert for business and technical analysis for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
 Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in a specific area of ICT infrastructure technology (e.g. enterprise & web content management, XML, portals, business process management and rule execution engines, interoperability, business activity monitoring and business intelligence technologies, Web 2.0)
 Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to the area of expertise
 Elaboration of vision documents focused upon infrastructure components
 Review of Information Systems Infrastructure Architectures
 Capturing and analysing of business requirements
 Functional analysis and modelling
 Business processes modelling
 Functional requirements and business cases analysis
 Quality Assurance
 Drafting Test plans and test scenarios linked to business requirements

Knowledge and skills
 Good knowledge of information systems matters
 Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
 Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model etc.)
 Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
 Deep knowledge in requirements analysis
 Knowledge of REST/SOAP/XML/JSON
 Knowledge of Agile methodology
 Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
 Capability to speak to business and technical audiences
 Strong capacity to give high level presentations
 Ability to apply high quality standards
 Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
 Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
