What’s the scope?
Reporting into the Snr Brand Marketing Manager the Trade & Retail Marketing Specialist, will support the trade needs for both the LEE and Wrangler Brands. Engaging extensively with a series of stakeholders across the business as well as external agencies and freelancers. You will be results driven and develop the trade tool strategy alongside the Snr Brand Marketing Manager to ensure short- and long-term goals are met. You will lead, report, implement best practice and derive maximum efficiency from the investment in trade tools and initiatives, ensuring all goals outlined in the brands strategies are achieved.
As our Trade & Retail Marketing Specialistyou will;
Be responsible for all trade tools and trade activations for LEE and Wrangler across EMEA.
Develop Thought Leadership and Strategy;
- Keep tabs on key developments in technology and digital marketing sales;
- Co-create the long-term vision and agenda for trade tools and sales materials across EMEA, in-line with the LEE and Wrangler brand strategy;
Annual Planning and Budget Setting
- Actively take lead in the organization and coordination of various campaign projects & activations that come out annual/seasonal trade briefings;
- Support the GTM calendar, ensuring trade and retail collection pushes are planned and executed in a timely manner;
- Plan sufficient estimates and cost forecasts for all trade tools;
- Monitor and report upon results of trade tools and activations, consolidating feedback from country/region leads;
Responsibilities:
Develop all trade & retail tools including, but not limited to:
- Digital workbooks & resources
- Trade calendar & Trade shows
- Staff training tools
- Wholesale trade visual support (seasonal POS) & Wholesale initiatives – Gift with purchase
- Retail plan for (dual brand) retail markets to implement
- Fit and long-term POS program for the various Wrangler & Lee product lines
Trade shows:
- Develop and deliver, in conjunction with Snr VM Manager and country marketing managers, tradeshow presence for both physical and digital;
Skills for Success:
- 3 years of trade marketing management experience
- Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools and techniques
- Strongorganizational, project managementand networking skills with the ability to multi-task
- Team player
- Affective hands-on approach together with fearless of challenges
- Energetic and business-driven approach
- Knowledge of most important IT tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
