Job Description
• As a Global UX/UI designer you are at the forefront of designing the excellent user experience for our e-com platforms, the key digital transformation project within
• You understand who our users are, their abilities, and their preferences and let them easily navigate and order on our web platforms. With your pixel-perfect design, based on our Design System and branding strategy, you support the validation, analysis, and development of the total online e-com experience; a global solution with regional flavoring.
• You propose solutions to problems based on research: desktop research, research repositories, sparring with other designers. Holistically and heuristically, you analyze design proposals and improvements and can prioritize them in terms of delivery and impact.
• You master Figma as if it were an extension of yourself. Frames, auto-layouts, component building, various plugins… none of it have no secrets. And if they do, you research the possibilities and share experiences and insights with the design team

• Mad crazy Figma skills (Design)
• Guitarhero-like finger-picking Zeroheight skills (Design System)
Communication:
• Main working language: English + Dutch is a real big plus
• Confident to pitch design choices to the international stakeholders
Responsibilities

• Creating top-notch user experiences in pixel-perfect designs in Figma according to the Design System, our Branding, and guidelines.
• Creating detailed flows and use-cases, using Figma, to facilitate detailed validation, functional analyses, and development to design services and user experiences
• Creating and maintaining the UX style guides (project library, Design system) to ensure a consistent visual design throughout all our digital touchpoints;
• Communicate and follow up closely with the business owners, your fellow designers, analysts, and developers in order to ensure efficient and correct execution of the suggested designs.
