Freelance Business Process Analyst B2B- 6-month renewable contract to start in June- Hasselt / Hybrid

Min 3 days on site in Hasselt, occasionally Brussels/Liege might be required.

Joining the Customer operations B2B, you will

Inventorize all B2B processes within customer operations (offering, contracting, service, billing and dunning).
Document missing processes (flows and descriptions) and incorporate it in our process inventory.
Define and measure KPI’s for all our processes.
Set up of a quality system aiming to improve processes efficiency and agents performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
Collaborate with several departments and team to guarantee process adherence.
Report on opportunities and risks for the future

Experience:

Minimum 3 years as a business process analyst, experienced with process analysis & design, and reporting

ability to create process flows and descriptions based on documentation standards.
Ability to understand, explain and improve data quality, targets and performance
Able to define KPI’s, create short term reporting solution and define requirements for structural solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Dutch + English, French is an asset
