ORGANIZATION

  • Key player in the industrial sector
  • International company with headquarters in Belgium

YOUR ROLE

  • You provide operational HR support and advice for all HR-related matters.
  • You analyze HR issues to devise practical solutions.
  • You will work on processes and structure.
  • You will work on an effective and pro active recruitment plan together with employer branding actions.
  • You will participate in meetings and communications towards blue-collar population together with management.
  • You will report to the site manager and head office.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Established history of working successfully as an HR Manager.
  • Strong background and experience with blue collars.
  • Willingness to deliver hands-on operational support.
  • Good knowledge of English and Dutch.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week
  • Duration: at least 6 months, with possible extension.
  • Location: north of Ghent.
