We are looking for an enthusiastic freelance HR Specialist who will support the HR Business Partner and works independent on HR topics and projects.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Supporting the local HR Business Partner.
  • Preparation of employment contracts, position changes, incentive letters etc. as well as job offers.
  • Internal and external recruiting, interacting with personnel consultants.
  • Handling requests from managers and employees during the whole employee life cycle.
  • Ensuring system accuracy and constant interfacing with HR Operations.
  • Being in charge of a high potential program.

Profiel
  • Language: English is the main language used. In addition if the person knows Dutch and French that is a plus.
  • Experience is more important than the educational background. We are looking for at least 3years of relevant experience. Preferably higher.
  • You are asap fulltime available until March 2022.
