We are looking for a freelance recuiter to join our human capital team and help us with the internal recruitment of new Toadi colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct creative search strategies to attracted skilled candidates in a niche market;
  • Sourcingand headhuntingon our open positions;
  • Managing inflow and first selection interviews;
  • Ad-hoc projects relating to the talent acquisition process.

Passion for talent acquisition with a clear understanding of today’s talent market and the right way to attract candidates? Great communication skills in Dutch and English? Availability of at least 2 days/week? Consider the code cracked and join us as a freelance recruiter?

Currently, we are a crew of more than 65 people and serve clients in Belgium, Germany, France, The Netherlands, and coming to the US early 2022.
