This is a HR business partner role with recruitment and supervision of a team.

  • Manage day to day activities

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 7 years of experience as Senior HRBP or Site HR Manager
  • Used to fast changing environments
  • Used to blue collars and engineers population
  • Agile response to the business
  • high workload
  • high flexibility
  • Languages : Dutch and English fluent
