For YAYS Antwerp Opera, the first YAYS aparthotel in Belgium, we are looking for a team of enthusiastic hospitality talents with a curious spirit and a love of storytelling.

The YAYS Insiders

At YAYS, front office staff are much more than receptionists. They are local experts who give the job their personal touch and extra local flavour, sharing facts, stories and recommendations with guests that won’t settle for an impersonal hotel experience and want to tap into the local spirit. That’s why we call them the ‘YAYS Insiders’. Sure, they are always ready to offer practical help, but local knowledge is where they make a difference in a guest’s experience.

Could this be you?

This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Handling payments
  • Handling communication
  • And most importantly, represent the YAYS lifestyle brand and help our guests make the most of their YAYS experience
  • No uniforms: casual-chic appearance, come as you are!
  • Most excitingly, you’ll be part of the pre-opening team of YAYS Antwerp Opera

If you are YAYS, you:

  • are curious and passionate about hospitality
  • are native or fluent in English and Flemish, other languages are a plus
  • have hands-on mentality, proactive and able to show initiative
  • quick to adapt and flexible to changes
  • able to work independently, responsible and organised
  • share an enthusiasm about Antwerp and the neighbourhood

Awesome to have:

  • At least 3 days or more availability, preferably full-time
  • Willing to work on shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and evenings)
  • Genuine interest in the YAYS neighbourhood concept
  • Passion about Antwerp
