As the newest venture launched by Entourage, Highsail is putting together a world class team and is in search of a full stack engineer. This is a rare opportunity to join us at the foundation.

We’re seeking a skilled engineer to join our team in Ghent, Belgium’s most vibrant tech hub. You thrive in startup environments and understand the unique pace and demands of early-stage companies. Your excellent English communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with our team.

We’re building Highsail with tools that both humans and AI love.

Requirements

Skills we’re looking for

  • You think in systems and in pixels
  • Proficiency in React.js as well as NodeJS & TypeScript
  • Strong knowledge of foundational model APIs and SDK’s such as Vercel AI SDK, Mastra or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complexity of a 0-1 product stage
  • Strong expertise in scalable system design and performance optimization
  • Experience with version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS)
