In order to support our business, we are looking for a Global Database Marketing Manager.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our B2B and B2C sales and marketing databases. Your responsibilities include maintaining databases, data extraction/list segmentation/generation, as well as leveraging data analytics and customer reports to help evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with outside database vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily work with marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), data services, and lead management methods.
  • Ensure data flow smoothly and correctly between various marketing platforms and are used properly for various marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor, manage and maintain data quality within the marketing database. Maintain the integrity and hygiene of the email database.
  • Enhance, enrich, and clean existing leads, contacts and accounts and eliminate duplicates
  • Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results.
  • Focus on segmentation, targeting and personalization. Create segments for buyer personas for lead nurturing workflows to create MQL’s and SQL’s.
  • Manage all incoming data sources to ensure consistent and accurate data is brought into Datacolor’s lead and customer database.
  • Map all data elements and ensure all API calls and CRM sync are functioning according to design.
  • Create, plan, implement and maintain KPIs; Prepare and present KPIs on marketing and sales activities.
  • Develop insights and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing and sales team performance
  • Define the rules for the use of external data sources (Data.com, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc).
  • Maintain vendor relationships for marketing automation and lead generation vendors.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest GDPR regulations and DPA’s:
  • Manage vendors to ensure compliance with existing DPA’s
  • Maintain data processing registers and workflows to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.

Your Profile:

  • You should have extensive experience in database marketing and with business intelligence tools.
  • You are keen to develop new skills, work independently, you are proactive and not afraid of looking for solutions on your own.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel)
  • 3-4 years of experience with database marketing, reporting, and data analysis
  • Proficient in marketing automation systems, preferably Marketo; and CRM – salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Location:

Either in our office in Ghent, Belgium, or our US office in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
