SummaryDue to more projects we are looking for a new global mobility specialist. Are you the one we are looking for?
  • You are a key contributor to the further development of competitive and cost-conscious global compensation, benefit and mobility policies, in co-operation with our HR Business Partners and other internal and external stakeholders
  • You advise on the structure of international payrolls and projects, fringe benefits, compensation packages, split payrolls, international employment contracts and consultancy/freelance agreements – fully aligned with strategic business needs
  • You are the custodian of international personal income tax matters for our DEME group employees in relation to secondments, cross-border projects, long/short term international assignments, commuter assignments,…
  • You ensure compliance with personal income tax obligations -Belgian and foreign- in close consultation with external service providers
  • You provide expert advise, on time in-full co-ordination across our HR, Tax and Finance communities
  • You push and pull various improvement programs and the continued development of “best-practice” processes in your areas of expertise
  • You identify cost optimization opportunities with sustainable business value
  • You preferably have a Master degree in Tax Law
  • You are fascinated by international C&B, social security and income tax matters
  • You have 2-3 years demonstrated experience in a multinational and fast-paced business environment
  • You are a highly structured thinker with the ability to clearly communicate with employees at all levels across our organization
  • You have a truly entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on and engaging personality
  • You have good analytical and influencing skills
  • You are a result oriented change agent
  • You have excellent knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage
  • You are willing to travel
