Essential Duties & Responsabilities
  • Experienced Product Manager to lead the Global Life Cycle Management and Sustainability aspects (Operational Marketing) of the 2 following portfolio: Medication Delivery « Starling & Monitoring Sensors » and « Acute Multi-Organ Therapies (OST) ».
  • The candidate will have a proven record of success in complex multi-national, cross-functional projects, as she/he will need to lead complex projects pretty autonomously.
  • The candidate will report to a GBU SLT member, work in a strong matrix environment, and will be based in EMEA or the US.
  • Some moderate levels of travel (10-30%) is expected for this newly created position.
  • The candidate will have a strong sense of business, associated with a good practical « hand-on attitude », while an expertise in project management and a good sensibility of regulatory, quality, manufacturing and logistic aspects is required.
  • This non-traditional upstream marketing role will be leading all sustainability aspects of the business on the short and long term horizon, with a focus on products, projects and processes, more than on customer facing activities.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience
  • Medical Equipment as well as clinical knowledge is highly desirable
  • Healthcare portfolio marketing experience
  • Minimum 5 years marketing or sales experience
  • Strong analytical skills, experience from developing marketing plans, and driving implementation in close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Experience in driving product launches.
  • Ideally has experience in holding peer to peer discussions with pharmacists or has the drive and curiosity to build a good knowledge of hospital pharmacy as well as clinical practices and their day-to-day challenges.
  • Connects well with people and can build relationships face to face and trough digital channels.
  • Is well-structured and persistent with a clear focus on return of investment.
  • Is passionate about delivering results and enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
  • Is pragmatic and looks for simplicity in the day to day work.
  • Is customer focused, proactive and can keep an overview of priorities while moving between high strategy and small details.
  • Can quickly adapt to change and have ability to prioritize your work.
  • Is fluent in English, speaking another language is a plus
  • Has a relevant educational background, bachelor or master.
