As part of our continued European expansion, we are looking for motivated Graduate Gas and Power Dispatchers to join our team in Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates eager to develop their careers in the energy sector, gain hands-on experience in real-time energy trading operations, and work in a fast-paced, international environment.

What would be your daily job?

As a Graduate Gas and Power Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in our 24/7 operations department, managing real-time energy flows on behalf of our clients.

Working from our control room, you will use our state-of-the-art software to execute energy operations across Europe. You will work closely with senior traders and market experts to implement client strategies, optimize portfolios, and ensure efficient market operations.

Beyond shift duties, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects, analyze market trends, and support business development initiatives.

???? Shift schedule:

This role follows a structured shift-based schedule, including:

✔ Morning shifts (06:00 – 14:00)

✔ Afternoon shifts (14:00 – 22:00), including weekends

✔ Occasional night shifts (rare)

To ensure a healthy work-life balance, we provide shift allowances and long-term scheduling.

About you

This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to start their journey in the energy trading industry. We provide comprehensive training, so prior experience in the sector is not required—we are looking for individuals with the right mindset, analytical skills, and ambition to grow with us.

• A degree in IT, finance, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you enjoy working with data and optimizing complex processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork – you can collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
• High attention to detail and structured thinking – accuracy is critical in energy market operations.
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset – you take initiative and adapt to new challenges.
• Flexibility to work in shifts – including occasional weekends and night shifts.
• IT skills (e.g., coding, data analysis) are a plus but not mandatory.
