Division

The Euroclear group Marketing team is looking for a graphic & motion designer to join the inhouse graphic design team in Brussels HQ. Seated within the Commercial division, you will be ideally positioned to serve client facing needs. You will design promotional and awareness building campaigns, across media. The graphic design team also operates transversally and designs high quality content for other stakeholders in the company. You will actively contribute to initiatives that connect the Euroclear brand to people, be it clients, staff or business partners. Your engaging designs support the values Euroclear stands for, as leading global financial market infrastructure and A Great Place to Work.

Your role

  • You will join a small team of experts. To serve the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders, your role will touch upon several aspects of the communication mix - as graphic designer, motion designer, and inhouse videographer
  • As graphic designer
    • You turn a business brief into a creative concept on brand.
    • You design for print (marketing literature, advertising, conference branding and staging, exhibition booth branding, POS material, sales and senior stakeholder presentations, …)
    • You design for digital media (web and social media banners, skinning of user interfaces,…)
    • You give the creative brief to photographers and guide photo sessions.
  • As motion designer
    • You are passionate to turn your stills into animation.
    • You put your creativity in engaging conference trailers, promotional and talking head videos for social media, as well as explanatory videos on business topics
  • As inhouse videographer
    • You record talking head videos in our modest inhouse studio at Brussels HQ. Of course you also take the post production on board.
    • You brief and guide external video crews for more sophisticated recordings on location.
  • In all these capacities
    • High quality is top of mind
    • You take a project from concept to completion
    • You act as brand guardian to promote brand awareness internally and externally.
    • You work with internal stakeholders across the company (mainly Marketing, Corporate & Internal Communications, Events, Client training, HR, … )
    • You work with external partners (such as photographers, videographers, printers, communication and event agencies)
  • With Euroclear operating in a B2B environment, affinity with the financial industry helps

Qualifications


Technical skills

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in graphic & motion design or minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • You master Adobe Creative suite, in particular Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • You have video recording skills (or eager to acquire)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
