Your Mission

As a GroupHR Business Partner, you oversee all Human Resources operationsand ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

You have a solid experience with HR practices and Employee Management. You will need to create partnerships & support our group and plant managers in all relevant HR fields and work closely with our plant organizations. You become responsible on a group level to HR fields like Employer Branding, Recruiting & Selection or Competency, Learning & Training Management by developing new ideas & suggesting solutions.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on Human Resources Management for a diverse, hands-on organization in an international, inspiring environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You develop & design stakeholder-oriented HR solutionslike policies, guidelines, and relevant material to ensure implementation & further maintenance, including their continuous development considering budget & company culture.
  • You manage & execute international Recruitment & Selection activities in collaboration with central & local management as well as external consultants/services.
  • You consult line management by providing daily HR guidance on all HR fields.
  • You manage and resolve complex collective or individual employee issues.
  • You prepare & ensure close communication with central & local HR colleagues.
  • You have a regular evaluation & action derivation of HR-KPI’s.
  • You are responsible for special HR Competence areas foreseen on a group level.
  • You maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirementsrelated to the day-to-day management of employees, ensuring compliance from an external & internal perspective.
  • You manage/support regular HR processes like Employee Development and Budget Processes.
  • You ensure and support internal and external audit activities related to Group or HQ HR tasks.
  • Leading / participating in (HR) Project Management is an option.

Your Profile

  • You have a University degree (Bachelor / Master) in Human Resources or similar and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar field.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in Human Resources.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of labor legislation (European Countries, where we are established).
  • HR Tool/system (f.e., Workday) knowledge is welcome.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You have a high sense of confidentiality.
  • You have a professional level of self-organization & proactive planning.
  • You have qualitative, result-oriented, and analytical, structured thinking with a team-oriented working style.
  • You have solid knowledge in the usage of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Project Management knowledge/experience is welcome.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 10-20%).
