Your Focus

Proximus is looking for a Growth Marketeer to design, implement & optimize the go-to-market plan for our PICKX platforms.

Our new colleague is result oriented, creative and has excellent skills in communication. You will be part of team that is taking care of the Go-to-Market plans of studio 100 events, Rock Werchter, champions league ….

What you’ll do

  • Define the Go-to-Market strategy and build the 360° Go to Marketing plan for PICKX TV platforms.
  • You will define and prioritize the different actions to achieve the results and objectives (Monthly active users, revenues, …).
  • You will be responsible to plan, brief, follow & validate E2E all products or 360° on/offline campaigns, promotions & offers to realize our (digital) usage and sales ambitions.
  • You will translate the media content into appealing concepts to present our offers and platforms in an attractive way and drive traffic to our channels, achieve the ambitions of our tv-options (eg Netflix,…) and raise awareness for our inexhaustible TVOD-catalogue.
  • You will visualize your plans in clear communication briefings for ATL and 121 campaigns.
  • For each briefing & project, you will collaborate & coordinate all internal departments involved (Sales, Communication, Web…). You will also align on a weekly base, find synergies, and share learnings with other marketeers in other (sub)-segments (SME, Family, …).
  • You will regularly test the digital journeys to live the experience we offer to our customers & suggest improvements for each stage of the digital funnel and platforms.
  • You will work in Agile with the Product Owner and other members of the Squad.
  • You have a “Growth hacking” mindset and you like thinking outside the box to propose new initiatives to convince customers to adopt for PICKX.
  • You have a data driven mindset and you start from the data in building your strategies & concepts but also when you need to convince others.
  • You are customer oriented and a digital native & you are interested by the Proximus TV PICKX and content platforms.

Profile

  • Bachelor degree, Master is a plus.
  • 2-5 years in digital (ideally in growth marketing or/and in the media world).
  • You keep a close eye on projects and deliver in time.
  • You know how to prioritize tasks.
  • Results-oriented: practical approach combining vision and action.
  • Open to change , test and learn philosophy and a data driven mindset.
  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You have writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of the 3 languages (English/Dutch/French).
