As a member of the marketing & sales management team, you will report to the Marketing & Sales Director. You work in close collaboration with the Head of Account Management and Head of Focused Sales and you are responsible for systemizing and optimizing the end 2 end sales process, which will allow our sales team to work smoothly. You support the marketing & sales management team, and in particular the Head of Account Management & Head of Focused Sales for monitoring sales performance in line with the sales plan (in support of Inetum-Realdolmen’s business plan).

You support the Head of Account Management & Head of Focused Sales in creating a winning sales culture, with a focus on growth and development. You identify the actions to be taken in consultation with marketing, sales management and the business lines, and ensure planned implementation in support of achieving the sales targets.

You develop in consultation with HR the necessary initiatives to support the sales managers to manage the employee life cycle in the sales organization. Think of onboarding, development of sales skills, …

You set up a CRM Centre of Excellence, “MEASURING IS KNOWING”, and you determine the commercial review framework in line with the financial forecasting & budgeting. Where necessary, you coordinate with Group Sales Operations. By presenting findings from historical data, present results and forecasts, you will enable the leadership team make informed decisions.

You develop and implement, in consultation with Finance – Business Support, appropriate measurements and reporting (non-exhaustive) to realise the sales plan: uniform follow-up from lead to opportunity; opportunity to closed won; campaigns.

You develop and bring into use templates for Account Plan Review and sales performance reviews, so that they run in a uniform way.

You organize the support towards the annual preparation of the business plan for the upcoming year (in the light of the annual budget cycle): ensuring that everyone does their bottom-up exercise in a timely and correct manner; making an action plan to proactively fill in the To Be Found, etc.

You are the project manager for the management and optimization of the sales renumeration plan, whereby this renumeration plan meets:

  • the achievement of the company objectives
  • market conform
  • easy to follow

YOUR PROFILE

  • You combine technology & IT sector know-how, business acumen, familiarity with marketing, and a prior experience of minimum 5 years leading a sales team
  • Proven track record of people development and demonstrated leadership skills
  • You have the motivation and drive to lead positive change in people
  • Understanding and ability to apply concepts like lead generation, sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM data analysis.
  • Communication and public speaking skills
  • Ability to connect across different levels of matrix organization and build trust
  • Out of the box and challenge the status quo thinking
  • Work-life balance skills
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French as well as English
