Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Oversee the planning, management, and execution of projects that span various departments, countries, or divisions.
Executive Support: Aid senior management with budgeting processes and the implementation of corporate strategies.
Mergers & Acquisitions: Participate in all stages of M&A projects, from due diligence to integration post-merger.
Sustainable Development: Contribute to the design and monitoring of sustainability initiatives across branches.
Operational Efficiency: Support change processes and projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

Education: Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Economics from a comprehensive program.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, German, and French (fluency in French not reuired, business level understanding), both spoken and written.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and/or BI/BO tools is a plus.
Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience managing projects with multidisciplinary and international teams.
