As our HR Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and administration, follow-up of initiatives to support employee well-being. You will also be in charge of training administration and serving as the internal prevention advisor to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
1. Facilities administration
- In charge of the day-to-day operations and administration of the office facilities, including maintenance & repairs, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility-related tasks.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement process.
2. Employee Well-being
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns related to workplace environment and facilities.
- Collaborate with HR to support employee wellness programs and initiatives.
3. Training Administration
- Maintain training records and documentation, and make sure the trainings are correctly registered.
4. Budget Management
- Follow-up budgets for facility maintenance, well-being programs, training, and related expenses.
5. Internal prevention Advisor
- You will act as Internal Prevention Advisor for Edenred Belgium.
- For this role, a training will be foreseen externally if needed.
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
- You are fluent in French & Dutch (you can communicate in both languages).
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent through experience.
- Preferably you have proven experience in administration or a related role.
- You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices is a plus but not mandatory (an appropriate training will be provided if needed).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
