Job Summary: Spantech International SA is actively searching for an HR/Office Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and office management at the group’s headquarters in Nivelles. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office and all personnel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, working with agencies where appropriate, and onboarding.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in handling employee relations.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management and office supplies.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings.
  • Fleet management, office budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Follow-up on expenses and credit card usage.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in human resources, business administration, psychology or similar fields, or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR job, with a generalistic content is a must.
  • Knowledge of social legislation.
  • Familiar working with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assertiveness, service mindedness, accuracy, discretion and strong organizational skills define your personality.
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
