Roles & Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as the interface between our Audit business stakeholders (the Function) and the Corporate HR department:
You will capture and share the business requirements of the Function and secure that these business requirements are shared and understood by the Corporate HR Function and integrated in the overall HR agenda;
You will ensure that the HR strategy , HR priorities and HR initiatives are known and adopted by the Function;
You will contribute to the realization of a coherent One KPMG HR practice through the implementation and execution of common KPMG HR solutions and processes but also ensure that specific requirements from the Function are being effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities

Attract

Review the recruitment needs of the Function and align actions with the corporate recruitment department
Onboard
Ensure an effective orientation and introduction of newcomers within the Function.
Develop/Manage Performance
Steer the process of performance managementRetain and Reward
Steer the salary and promotion review process. Participate in salary and promotion review meetings, ensuring KPMG values and relevant principles such as fairness are taken into account.
Separate
Whenever required, supports management in case of employment termination and does exit interviews in case of resignation
Contribute to the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) agenda

Skills & Qualifications

You hold a master degree and have around 5 years of experience in HR. You are hands on, manage multiple priorities effectively and have excellent coaching and interpersonal skills. You are flexible and open to take on extra tasks when needed.
You are a real team player within the HR Function and have a good understanding of social law principles (or are willing to acquire these) and have an analytical mindset.
You are able to express yourself fluently in both Dutch, French and English (both verbal and written); adapting your communication style to all levels within the Function.
