The opportunity

Our colleagues within the HR team are looking for a HR Consultant to support them in providing the best services to their internal customers. Your main aim will be to support the team in an operational way.
You’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities, from keeping track of absences to plan and coordinate HR administrative tasks, manage the company’s fleet and much more. In return, you can expect plenty of opportunities to further develop your own career.
In this regard, good organizational skills, punctuality and discretion are necessary. Most importantly, we are interested in someone who has a “can-do” attitude.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Creating reports for the Works Council, the Finance department, etc. respecting a set timing
  • Optimize tools and processes to automate reports
  • Keeping the overview of people related data in e.g. Excel, Workday, ExpertSalary (Payroll tool Partena)
  • Keeping track of the administrative tasks linked to the absence process (e.g.: maintaining absence reports, entering data in the payroll system, follow up on the return date,…)
  • Performing changes in our payroll system
  • Provide and control data for our flexible reward system
  • Management of the fleet from initiating the process to the return of the car managing the relationship between drivers, key dealers, brands, leasing companies, insurance providers, etc.
  • Control and approval of invoices assigned to HR
Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree in Office Management/Languages/Human Resources/Accountancy or relevant experience (at least 5 years)
  • Good communicator and fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Thorough command of MS Office, in-depth knowledge of Excel is a must
  • Analytical skills (analizing large amount of data)
  • Strong organizational skills (able to successfully handle multiple tasks in a timely manner and to prioritize)
  • Professional, dedicated & hardworking
  • Proactive, able to take initiatives & accurate
  • Stress-resistant (able to work towards deadlines efficiently)
