About Our Client

Our customer is a consultancy company located in the center of Brussels

Job Description

As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You are in charge of a smooth and qualitative employee experience (Belgium & The Netherlands) and advise the leadership team on HR best practices

  • You oversee recruitment, on/off boarding activities, contract management, fleet and mobility management, team building activities and act as SPOC for HR related questions from employees based in Belgium and in The Netherlands

  • You ensure a correct and timely payroll and personnel administration in collaboration with the payroll provider

  • You propose and support on the implementation of new HR Tools

  • You act as sparring partner on performance reviews and development cycles

  • You ensure compliance with local law and regulations and follow the latest trends on the market


The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You have a first experience in a HR position, ideally in an international environment

  • You have a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation, knowledge of the Dutch social legislation is a real plus

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good command of French (both oral and written)

  • You have a hands-on mindset, enjoy proposing new ideas and are excited by developing new skills in HR

  • You have a good sens of humor, a team spirit attitude and can prioritize your tasks with few guidance
