Mission:

As an HR Associate, you will report to the HR Business Partner in charge of our operations teams in Asia (except China) and Europe at the headquarters in Belgium. You support the HR Business Partner to plan and coordinate the HR aspects of the Asian and Europe local operations in order to provide first line support to local employees. You will be located in the headquarters in Belgium and work with a team of more than 20 HR professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Based on a first experience in HR operations, you support our teams based abroad and:
  • Provide guidance through all steps of employee life cycle
  • Manage all employee relations issues and provides direction to the organization regarding company policies and procedures
  • Provide validated and consolidated reporting
  • Partner with management for trainingneeds analysis, role development, and coaching to build capability
  • Provide directionto the organization regarding company policies and procedures
  • Providesupportto standardize and professionalize Human Resources processes and procedures (e.g. policies, performance management, …).

You have:
  • An university degree in business, HR or a related field
  • At least 2 years of proven professional experience in HR (as a generalist or in a specialist position)
  • A first experience inan international and multicultural environment as a must
  • A collaborative leadership approach
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent people management skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Good understanding of the legal & compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are an asset.

  • Able to coordinate improvement projects and to communicate changes
  • Able to work with people at all levels
  • Able to organize your work autonomously and to take initiatives
  • Able to get results through influence
  • Pragmatic and hands-on with attention to details.
