Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.Your journey with usWe are reinforcing our Financial Advisory (FA) team within Deloitte in Zaventem with an HR Lead.As our HR Lead you bring Deloitte’s Simply Irresistible Organisation strategy to our team and play a key role in defining and executing the Talent agenda for our Business Unit.In our fast growing team, you show leadership and take responsibility for the future of our client groups. As a trusted partner, you build solid relationships with the business and have the ability to identify Talent challenges and play an advisory role in addressing them. You welcome new joiners, organize their onboarding & learning and connect closely to our people throughout the different stages of their career at Deloitte.Your responsibilities:- You are responsible for aligning the Talent agenda with the needs of our fast growing business unit Financial Advisory;
- You manage and accordingly execute the Talent processes such as onboarding, learning, performance management, mobility, engagement and retention, Talent reporting-;
- You are an active member of the broader Deloitte Talent Committee that drives the Talent strategy for the entire organization;
- You work in close cooperation with the HR specialist teams of Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Reward, and Learning of Deloitte to deliver appropriate solutions for Financial Advisory;
- You build strong business relationships with our business leaders, develop a good understanding of their needs in order to have an impact and connect well with our 120+ strong team;
- You advise our business leadership on specific Talent questions, adoption of new Talent Initiatives and team development.
- You have a relevant higher degree, with at least 10 years of professional experience in HR (preferably in services industry);
- You are passionate about HR and keen to work in a fast growing, dynamic team
- You show strong communication and consultative skills, allowing you to work with internal as well as external stakeholders at all levels;
- You have a hands-on mentality and are flexible to adapt easily to changing environments;
- You show the ability to look at the bigger picture, identifying broader talent challenges and setting priorities to tackle them;
- You are analytical yet think out of the box and work in a proactive way;
- Furthermore, you are a true team player -to become a member of our FAntastic team- thriving on supporting the business and working together with your colleagues;
- You have a sound professional knowledge of English and Dutch, French is an asset.
