EURACTIV team is growing and we’re looking for someone who will help to bring to the next level its productive work environment.
The position is based in our Brussels office.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide administrative support to HR Manager
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Profile:
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- Experience as an Office/HR assistant is a plus but it’s not required
- Excellent command of English, good French or other EU language an advantage
- A “never give up” attitude
- And one of the most important requirement, a good sense of humor!
