Our client, a renowned international law firm located in the center of Brussels, is looking for their future HR Officer to work in a team of 3 people. The client offers you a full-time permanent position in a modern and multicultural environment.

Description

As a (Junior) HR Advisor, you will deal with HR in the broadest sense. You will be given a broad range of tasks as well as responsibilities with ownership. We are really working as a team in order to tackle the work together. In your role, you will work on a daily basis together with the HR Manager and another HR Advisor.
  • You are co-responsible for the inflow, through-flow and outflow of people within our offices in Brussels and Antwerp. You function as the first point of contact for HR related issues for the entire organisation
  • Together with the team you work on implementing local and international HR projects. You proactively identify developments in the market which we can translate into concrete plans. Important spearheads in our HR strategy include Diversity & Inclusion and Health & Wellbeing
  • You optimise policy and processes, with a focus data analysis to support decisions. We are currently work on a global project that redefines our processes and implementation is planned for Q4 2022
  • Together with your HR colleagues, you facilitate the processes in the yearly HR cycle and you are involved in follow-up

Profile

You have:
  • A completed academic education and a first relevant work experience
  • Experience in or affinity with the legal profession is an advantage but not a must
  • An excellent knowledge in French and English with a good knowledge of Dutch
  • An authentic, solid and energetic personality
  • Organisational skills: knowing how to prioritise is important: you are equally dealing with administrative workload that requires results on defined deadlines
  • Ambition to work in an international context
