Job content

The payroll and HR administration, in close collaboration with our payroll office;
First point of contact for all HR questions, relating to internal procedures and regulations, employment, leaves, salary administration, etc.;
Management of the car fleet, in collaboration with the lease company;
Employee onboarding and offboarding;
Assistance with human capital projects (in line with own interest).

You have relevant experience in payroll administration;
You’re able to handle confidential information with care, while remaining friendly and approachable;
You have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch;
You are detail-oriented, a self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
