We are currently looking for a

HR RECRUITER

Job responsibilities:

  • Talent sourcing
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their specific staffing requirements.
  • Candidate Screening
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience and cultural fit.
  • Check candidate references and background information.
  • Interview coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Provide detailed information about the company, job roles and benefits to candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics for management.
  • Stay update on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
