Our client

Our client is an international medical diagnostic service provider, offering laboratory services to patients, doctors, clinics, and the pharmaceutical industry. They have over 500 employees in Belgium, and their aim is to provide quality medical diagnostic services. They are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support and implement the HR policy and make part of a continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes.

The team (currently composed by 1 manager and 1 coordinator) coordinate and direct the human resources organization and development process for a perimeter of approximately 300 people in a multi-site and multifunctional environment.

Main responsibilities

- With the help of the HRD, actively contributes to the development and implementation of the HR strategy by providing expertise on topics related to human resources.

- Provides daily support to managers in organizational optimization and team management.

- Proactively manages fluctuations in the workforce. Plans and supports the recruitment and selection of staff in collaboration with the Staff Development Manager.

- Develops and monitors KPIs and Group reports.

- Is responsible for the application of Belgian social law.

Profile required

- Human Resources or Law qualification (Master, Postgraduate ...)

- 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar function within an international group.

- Human approach with important values and ethics.

- Team spirit and good communication skills.

- Solution oriented.

- Fluency in English and Dutch, French is an asset.

- Main place of work: Charleroi region with trips to all Belgian sites.
